FESTIVALS :

FEB 2012 - OFFICIAL SELECTION, BOSTON SCI-FI FILM FESTIVAL

The Boston Sci-Fi Film fest claims to be the oldest genre film festival in the world (this year is it's 37th year!), it takes place in mid Feb and is a ten day celebration of all things science fiction. This was actually the North American Premiere of Blaggit and we screened alongside the likes of 'Attack the Block'!

DEC 2011 - PLATINUM REEL AWARD, NEVADA FILM FESTIVAL

A great way to round off 2011 for Team Blaggit - we picked up a Platinum Reel Award at the Nevada Film Festival 2011!

SEPT 2011 - HONOURABLE MENTION, LA MOVIE FESTIVAL

In September we had a very unexpected Honourable Mention at the LA Movie Awards, which we were delighted with!

MAY 2011 - BEST FEATURE FILM, BRITISH INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL

This was the UK Premiere of Blaggit, and we picked up the Best Feature Film award at the end of the night as well! It was a great night and a great achievement for all involved with the film - real recognition and vindication for all the years of blood, sweat & tears spent getting the film made! This was the perfect way to kick off our festival run, and there would be more to follow in the rest of 2011 and going into 2012.
